In 2023, we employed Bec as our part-time youth pastor (2 days a week), along with Jo as an assistant youth worker (1 day week). 

This year, our budget has also increased by 12% due to the usual growth in costs and needs. We always ask our members to consider around a 10% increase in their giving, if possible, to help us meet these needs. 

We would also like to ask if there are some members who may be able to be a special pledge partner for youth ministry to ensure we are able to also reach our budget to meet this youth ministry need. Your pledge would be your promise to give an extra amount each week/month for this work. And if your financial circumstances change, that is OK. This is not a contract , but rather a show off intent and goodwill.
