Topic: Nourishment
This year at Refresh we will be considering how we walk alongside someone in the faith. We will be doing this by looking at some passages through the book of John and how Jesus offers us all real nourishment. Jesus is the one who quenches our thirst, offers us bread from heaven and shows us how and why it is good to also do that for others!
John 6:35
Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”

Our guest speaker for Refresh 2023, is Ness Hughes. Ness is an Assistant Minister at St Andrew’s Anglican Church Roseville where she has enjoyed working for the past 6 years. She has had many different roles in ministry ranging from Kid’s Ministry through to Women’s Ministry and Pastoral Care.
