Spark Routine

Important Information for SPARK Parents

Eastwood School Pick Up

This year we will continue to be able to pick up some children from Eastwood Public School and walk across to Eastwood Anglican Church before SPARK starts. Children will need to bring a small snack to have for when they arrive at SPARK. If you would like to register for the Eastwood School Pick Up, contact Jason Smith (jason@stphils.org.au) for a permission form to fill in, and a template letter to provide to the school so they know about this arrangement. We are unable to pick up your child unless we have specific permission from you, and the school has written permission confirming this arrangement.

Sign in and Sign Out Procedure

If you are dropping your child off after SPARK has begun at 3:30, you will be required to sign in with us. We will mark down your name and contact number after arrival, and note your departure at 5:30. You will also need to sign out your child when you pick them up at the end of SPARK

Registration

If it is your first time at SPARK you will also need to fill a registration form - this is now done online here.

If you need to stick around to settle your child in you are welcome to do so, but we do encourage parents to drop off their children off and pick them up later rather than stay through the whole programme.
