This training is mandatory for all our Sunday service welcomers, but everyone who has a passion for newcomers, growing our church, and strengthening our bonds with one another, is very welcome to attend!
Together we will:
- Walk through old and some new processes for welcoming newcomers to our church.
- Enlarge our idea of what constitutes welcoming.
- Consider our role in helping to “weave” newcomers into the “fabric” of our church through relationships, hospitality, and pastoral care.
