EOFY opportunities
for St Phil’s and St Mark’s
Over the past weeks, I’ve been receiving End of Financial Year appeals from SO many groups – there are so many opportunities to give at this time of year to get those last-minute tax deductions! But then someone contacted me from our church and asked me:
Bruce, what tax-deductible opportunities does our Church have for me before the end of the financial year?
And I thought – Oops… I should really let people know about this! So here it is – 2 ways to give with tax deductions to our own church ministries:
Scripture Fund
You can give for our staffing and materials to teach scripture in schools each week. Our cost is over $15,000 each year for this ministry. If you would like to support Scripture teaching in schools, you can give directly to this tax-deductible fund. A gift of around $200 will provide teacher resources and student activity books for a class of 15 students for a whole year.

Building fund
Part of our building fund (26%) is tax deductible. And as building costs increase for current work, more funds are currently needed. If you would like to give to this fund, here are the details:
