This week, we announced that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 12:30 PM on Sunday, March 15th, in the War Memorial Hall.
The AGM is an important event where all members of our church gather to reflect on the past year, discuss the budget for 2026, and elect office bearers for the upcoming year. The elected office bearers have specific responsibilities related to the governance of our church's finances and property, including wardens and members of the parish council. Additionally, there are office bearers for church nominators (who assist in selecting a new Senior Minister if needed) and synod representatives (two lay members and the Senior Minister attend the synod each September).
If you would like to nominate an office bearer, nomination forms are available at the church. Along with the nomination forms you will also find the 2025 financial statements.
As part of the AGM, ministry reports will be available - of which my Senior Minister's report is already available on our website.
